Delete your account

Delete it in the app

The quickest way is from inside Bin Knight. It takes effect straight away.

1. Open Bin Knight and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

If the app asks you to sign in again first, log out, log back in, and try once more. That's a security check to make sure it's really you.

Don't have the app any more?

Email [email protected] from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm it's you, delete your account within 30 days, and let you know once it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your login and email address
• Your profile, home address and location
• Your profile photo
• Your listings and requests
• Your matches and chat messages
• Ratings you've given or received
• Your Bin Karma impact stats

What we keep

Reports made about other users' behaviour are kept so we can keep the community safe and deal with repeat misuse. We don't keep anything else once your account is deleted, apart from what the law requires us to hold.
